Cleaning
Whether it's cleaning over the winter, whilst you're here, between or even during your guests stay, we will be pleased to help.
Maintenance
We are on hand to help keep your place in the sun looking its best all year round. Throughout the winter we will help keep your home safe and secure, and visit regularly to open and air your property, ensuring there are no signs of damp or damage. We can also help maintain your pool and garden, and keep the property free from pests and insects.
Key holding
We do offer a key holding service. We leave the keys for next arriving guests in a pre- arranged place, key safe or hiding place. We do not normally provide a meet and greet service but if requested it may be possible to arrange something. We always call round after a couple of days to make sure the guests are settled in and answer any questions they may have.
